Approximately Delivery Times
(If you do not wish to order online you can email your request, and we will contact you by email. Payment can be made by cheque or BACS.)
All orders must be paid for prior to being despatched.
Personalised orders must be paid for before we print the products, these items can not be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault with the product.
If you require products Urgently please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to fulfil your requirement.
Artwork can be emailed or sent on a CD: Vector graphic artwork only
Illustator CS2 or less EPS/PDF for PC format.
A visual of the artwork will be sent back to you for approval before work commences.
Although we aim to get your order to you a quickly as possible, we do not have control over delivery once it leaves our premisis.
For small lightweight orders we use the Post office Special delivery which will require a signiture, for large orders we use Business post, but may on occasion use alternative carriers.
IF FOR ANY REASON THERE IS A DELAY WE WILL INFORM YOU ASAP.

• All our prices are excluding VAT. Vat charged at current rates
• Supplied Artwork may be changed to fit the print space. Any changes will be free of charge.
• Alteration of artwork may incur additional costs.
- Samples will be charged by credit card and refunded if goods returned in good condition at the buyers cost.

• Carriage/ delivery fees will be added whilst placing an order and are based on weight.
• All charges are shown on your acknowledgement.

How to Order
Ordering Online
Orders may be placed online by adding your items of choice to your shopping basket. Once you are pleased with your choices, select the checkout option. This will take you to our secure server where you may pay by Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, ECheck
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is
accepted
by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your
order
or dispatched the product to you.
Plain items can only be returned & accepted with written consent
from Kova Manufacturing Ltd within 3 working days of delivery
(starting the day after you receive the goods)
return shipping will be at the customers cost.
Only the product costs will be refunded.
Personalised Products can only be returned if there is a manufacturing
fault
Customised product orders cannot be cancelled once an order has been
accepted

Ordering by Mail
Orders may be placed by mail by adding your items of choice to your shopping basket. Once you are pleased with your choices, select the checkout option. At this stage, select the 'pay by cheque' option and print off the order. Send the paper copy of your order along with a cheque to the value of the order (including applicable postage and packaging charges) made out to Kova Manufacturing Ltd. Please post to: Unit 313, Jubilee Trade Centre, 130 Pershore Street, Birmingham, B5 6ND, UK. Once we have received your order and the cheque has cleared, we will process the order within the usual time frame.
Postage & Packing
Plain or Pre printed items usually
despatched within 3 - 7 days of order.
Allow up to 28 days for custom
personalised printed items.
Delivery & packing cost are
dependent on the weight of the products ordered.

Post office "Signed For"
Postoffice Special Delivery (requires a
signature) Next Day.
Larger orders will be sent by Carrier.
(A signature is required.)
