Returns Policy

Returning your order.

To return goods that are not suitable and unused. (Excludes personalised products) See Below.

Please email before returning the goods within 14 days, a full refund of the price paid will be made once we have received the goods, please allow up to 28 days for monies to be repaid.

In the event of a cancellation the delivery cost charged when the order was placed will be refunded.

This, however, does not apply to any express delivery cost that may have been expressly chosen.

Only the amount for the standard delivery cost shown in the shop will be refunded.

Personalised or Customised Products

• Please ensure all logos/images and text are correct as any error with your spelling or poor-quality images is your responsibility.
• Personalised goods cannot be returned unless faulty due to a manufacturing fault. Please contact us by email prior to returning the item(s)
• Returning goods, postage and packaging is at your own cost. We recommend tracked and insured for delivery.
• Returned goods are your responsibility until we have received the goods and notified you by email.
