initially thought had made a mistake as wrong colour arrived but hardly had my email of complaint has time to fly through the airwaves than my phone was ringing with an apology, explanation and a promise that if I wanted the right product would be dispatched that day. It was and I was really pleased. Excellent customer service, good products highly recommend

The product is as expected but the efficiency and speed of delivery surpassed all expectations. I put in an order and by the next day the item had arrived. They kept me up to date every step of the way regarding delivery. Absolutely brilliant. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

For the price paid I didn't expect the quality to be as good as it is. The material feels good and the sash sits well. Not sure if the cut edges will fray where they are sewn into a point. Want to use it as an identifier and it will do the job really well. Ordering and delivery service efficient.
