Find the right size of armband for your requirements.
Let your arm relax and measure (you may need help to do this) around your bicep, you should select the size that is just smaller than your measurement to ensure a snug fit, the elastic will the expand with your arm movement.

Example: if your arm measures 30cm then select the Small size armband.

Remember to allow for fitting over a shirt or heavy jacket.

If there was more material in the armband they would have been better. Value for money wise - very good

I bought all three sizes (S,M and L) because I didn't know which would fit and they are modestly priced. More than half the circumference is black armband with about 40% left for the elastic band section. I would happily have paid a bit more money if the percentage of elastic could be reduced to 20%. I then wouldn't have spent most of the day fiddling with the armband as it twists on your arm when you move and I was constantly having to re-arrange it so that the elastic wasn't showing rather than the band itself.
