Right of Withdrawal - Kova Promotional Products.

If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us of the fact within 14 days by email or letter.

In the event of a cancellation the delivery cost charged when the order was placed will be refunded.

This, however, does not apply to (1) & (2) see below.

1) Any express delivery cost that may have been expressly chosen.

Only the amount for the standard delivery cost shown in the shop will be refunded.

2) Customised or personalised products, these items can only be returned due to a manufacturing or printing fault or defect.
