PLEASE NOTE: Due to holidays, we will be partially closed for production from the 5th of Sept until the 16th of Sept 2024.
Any orders placed from 5th of Sept, may not be despatched until after 18th of Sept 2024.
Some of our products not manufactured by us may be despatched during this period.

Delivery Times
Please Note:
Most deliveries are still being sent and delivered on time, but we are seeing slight delays with couriers and royal mail, so please allow a little extra time for these to be delivered once in the network. Thank you.
Plain stock (Allow up to 3/7 days for delivery)
Personalised and Pre- printed Stock (Allow between 3 - 28 days from receipt of artwork)
(If you do not wish to order online you can email your request, and we will contact you by email. Payment can be made by cheque, Paypal payment request email for a credit/debit card or BACS.)
All orders must be paid for prior to being despatched.
Personalised orders must be paid for before we print the products, these items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault with the product.
Artwork
If you require products Urgently, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to fulfil your requirement.
Art work can be emailed or sent on a CD: Vector graphic artwork only
Artwork Formats: Illustrator /EPS/PDF/ (Jpeg and PNG Minimum 300dpi to size) Sending the wrong artwork may result in delays or Additional artwork conversion costs.
A visual of the artwork will be sent back to you for approval before work commences.

Although we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we do not have control over delivery once it leaves our premises.
For small lightweight orders we use the Post Office Special delivery which will require a signature, for large orders we use Business post, but may on occasion use alternative carriers.

General Information
• All our prices exclude imprint set-up charges unless specified.
• Some Children's items (Tabards & Safety Vests) are VAT Exempt. Vat will be charged on delivery and personalisation if extra to the item.
• All our prices are excluding VAT. VAT charged at current rates.
• Supplied Artwork may be changed to fit the print space. Any size changes will be free of charge.
• Alteration of artwork may incur additional costs.
• Any product colours shown on this website are representative of the actual colour and may differ from the actual product colour.
• Samples will be charged by credit card and refunded if goods returned in good condition at the buyer’s cost.
• Samples available for Business Trade Customers Only
• Carriage/ delivery fees will be added whilst placing an order and are based on weight.
• All charges are shown on your acknowledgement.
• Prices correct at time of press, prices subject to change without notice, prices exclude VAT.
• The products colours shown in the shop may vary from actual product colours.
• Please be aware that during the manufacturing process there may be a colour variation between different batches of products.
• Logos shown on this website are for display purposes only and do not necessarily indicate that Kova Manufacturing Ltd (Kova-promotional-products) have supplied the item to the owners of the logo of that the company has endorsed the product concerned.
• After placing an order with us we will send an email after 9 days asking for any feedback you may have that may help us improve or products or services. You do not have to reply to this email but it would be much appreciated.
How to order
Orders may be placed online by adding your items of choice to your shopping basket. Once you are pleased with your choices, select the checkout option. This will take you to our secure server where you may pay by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, ECheck
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted
by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order
or dispatched the product to you.
Plain items can only be returned & accepted with written consent
from Kova Manufacturing Ltd within 3 working days of delivery
(starting the day after you receive the goods)
return shipping will be at the customer’s cost.
Only the product costs will be refunded.
Personalised Products can only be returned if there is a manufacturing fault
Customised product orders cannot be cancelled once an order has been accepted
Your Standard Statuary rights apply.
Ordering by Mail
Orders may be placed by mail by adding your items of choice to your shopping basket. Once you are pleased with your choices, select the checkout option. At this stage, select the 'pay by cheque' option and print off the order. Send the paper copy of your order along with a cheque to the value of the order (including applicable postage and packaging charges) made out to:

Once we have received your order and the cheque has cleared, we will process the order within the usual time frame
Delivery Postage Costs & Weights
Plain or Pre-printed items usually despatched within 3 - 7 days of order.
Allow up to 28 days for some custom personalised printed items.
Delivery & packing cost are dependent on the weight and size of the products ordered.

*Please ensure all your delivery details are correct, as we cannot be responsible for failed delivery to incorrect addresses.
All deliveries are despatched by:
- Small single items: Royal Mail 1st class Post.
- Lager orders/items: Royal Mail Tracked or Courier Signed for. We will select the best available option.
- Post Office Special Delivery (requires a signature) Next Day before 1PM. Please Call before making payment.
- Please ensure there is somebody to sign for your order.
As many of our products are made to order or personalised they may not be available for *next day delivery.
*Next Day Delivery does not include Saturday & Sunday
*Saturday Delivery is available on some orders subject to a request being made by email prior to your order being placed. Additional charges will apply.

To return goods that are not suitable and unused, please email before returning the goods within 14 days, a full refund of the price paid will be made once we have received the goods, please allow up to
28 days for monies to be repaid.
In the event of a cancellation the delivery cost charged when the order was placed will be refunded.
This however, does not apply to any express delivery cost that may have been expressly chosen.
Only the amount for the standard delivery cost shown in the shop will be refunded.
Personalised goods cannot be returned unless faulty. Please contact us by email prior to returning the item(s)
Returning goods, postage and packaging is at your own cost. We recommend tracked and insured for delivery.
Returned goods are your responsibility until we have received the goods and notified you by email.

Search terms used on this website.
I have listed a few of the words that are most often used on this website that may be spelt in a different way to the terms used here, resulting in a page or product not being found, we all do it, hit the wrong key or use the American spelling etc.
We use Tabard, but you may use Tabbard, Personalised, Personalized, color, especially if you are in a hurry. Another to check is satin sashes or satin shashes a perennial tongue twister, refectory instead of reflector, adjustable or adjustabel. I put these word here so that if you did misspell your search team you would have a better chance of still finding the product you required.

*Please note The Yoko brand of safety workwear may be replaced with an equivalent product "Ultimate" Workwear.
Custom made polyester ID vest code (KXL001) are not a standard stock item and are made to order, so are non returnable unless due to faulty manufacture. Does not affect your statutory rights.
Made from a washable coated polyester fabric, these vests are heavier than a standard polyester mesh reflective safety vest.
